Job summary

Weaver, a fast-growing national accounting and consulting firm, is seeking a Proposal Content Specialist to produce and organize compelling content for winning proposals and client-facing materials.

You will build pursuit deliverables that articulate Weaver’s services and industry expertise, manage the proposal team’s content library, create staff bios, and assemble pitch deck templates while translating technical language into clear, persuasive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3 years of professional writing and communications experience with 1 year of exposure to proposal writing preferred.
• Experience with page layout.

Responsibilities

• Produce, organize, and maintain compelling content for winning proposals and client-facing materials.
• Compile and manage updates to the proposal team’s content library; create and update staff biographies; assemble pitch deck templates.
• Interview executives and technical staff and translate jargon into clear, persuasive communications.
