Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional & Technical Consultant for Epicor P21.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations and post-go-live support.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and document business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for P21 modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure P21 modules and optimize business workflows.
• Conduct client workshops and user training sessions.
• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support.
