Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in Alpharetta is seeking an experienced Property Underwriter to grow the North American Retail Property team. You will handle large, global programs and Fortune 500 accounts, leveraging a strong broker network and expertise in Nat Cat and complex structures.

The role requires 2–5+ years in property underwriting, the ability to lead deals, and comfort with international programs.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of insurance and commercial property underwriting in the Southeast region.
• 2–5+ years underwriting large corporates, lead capacity and servicing programs.
• Proficiency with underwriting tools, applications and guidelines; ability to interpret results.

Responsabilités

• Handle large global structured programs and single-carrier accounts (ground-up property).
• Analyze insurability and exposures for new submissions and renewals.
• Prepare quotations, structure programs, and offer proposals per guidelines.
• Build and maintain broker/client relationships and lead internal/external projects.
