Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Learning Consultant to design, deliver, and continuously improve training for our multifamily teams. You will run in-person and virtual sessions, support new acquisitions, and provide ongoing coaching to property managers and staff.

You will collaborate with HRIS, LMS, and property operations to ensure training aligns with business goals, drive KPI performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning across communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training, HR, organizational development, instructional design, business, real estate, or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years in in-person and virtual training or instructional design in multifamily real estate, hospitality, or customer service setting.
• 3–4 years in multifamily property management, leasing, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs in-person, virtually, and self-paced learning across multiple formats.
• Perform training administration: scheduling, registration, and facilities preparation.
• Support acquisition and property openings with onboarding training and logistics.
• Develop and update training materials with stakeholders; contribute to LMS improvements.
• Lead onboarding for Property Managers, including CRM, PowerBI, and other systems.
• Track training completion and effectiveness through KPIs and feedback.
