Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Learning Consultant to design and deliver training programs that enhance property operations. You will manage training logistics, support new acquisitions and openings, and coach teams on sales, service, and KPI-driven practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with property management systems, LMS, and analytics, and involves collaborating with regional leaders to drive performance. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of in-person and virtual training or instructional design experience in multifamily real estate, hospitality, or customer service.
• Background in multifamily property management, leasing, or operations is preferred.
• Experience coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales to improve performance (1–2 years preferred).
• Experience working with LMS, CMS platforms (e.g., OnePage or similar).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs across in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Manage training administration: scheduling, registrations, facilities readiness, and logistics.
• Support acquisitions and property openings with tailored training plans.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designer to update materials and learning resources.
• Build relationships with regional leaders and property managers to align training with business goals.
• Lead Week 2 onboarding training for new Property Managers and coordinate with regional leaders.
• Track training completion, provide coaching, and identify improvement opportunities.
