Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Learning Consultant to elevate property operations through design and delivery of training programs across residential communities. The role blends in-person and virtual sessions, LMS administration, and collaboration with stakeholders to support new acquisitions and property openings.

You will develop materials, coach associates, track KPIs, and ensure teams have the tools to excel in leasing, service, and operations. Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Training, HR, or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years in in-person/virtual training or instructional design.
• Experience with multifamily real estate or hospitality training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training administration including scheduling, registration, and facilities.
• Deliver in-person, virtual, and self-paced training using engaging formats.
• Support acquisitions and property openings with onboarding training.
• Develop and update training materials with subject matter experts.
• Partner with regional leaders to align training with business goals.
• Lead Week 2 onboarding training for new Property Managers and coaches.
• Track training completion and maintain LMS records.
