Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to deliver day-to-day tech support for property management and resident-facing platforms. You will triage tickets, troubleshoot issues, onboard users, and help drive product adoption across teams.

The role emphasizes documenting solutions, maintaining knowledge bases, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure reliable system performance. Hybrid work in the Cleveland area is offered.

Qualifications

3-4 years of technical support in a ticket-driven environment with SLA-adherent resolutions.
Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based business applications and user provisioning.
Experience with building and property tech systems and telephony integration.
Familiarity with access control, CCTV, intercom, IoT devices and network infra.
Vendor management and invoicing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Triage, investigate, and resolve product support tickets across multiple channels.
Provide first-line configuration and onboarding support for property teams and residents.
Maintain and update knowledge bases, runbooks, and FAQs.
Assist with training materials and enablement sessions for users.
Support vendor contracts and expense tracking within property systems.
