Price Brothers Management Company is seeking a Property Operations Support Specialist to assist onsite teams with property management systems, operational processes, and training across residential communities. The role focuses on resolving issues, improving efficiency, and supporting leasing workflows.

The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working with business systems in a property management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Property management or real estate industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support onsite teams and vendor partners with property management systems and operational processes.
• Assist with leasing workflows, resident records, reporting, payments, and general system navigation.
• Help troubleshoot process or system-related questions and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when needed.
• Create and maintain quick guides, training materials, and FAQs for onsite teams.
• Support onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Help identify workflow improvements and opportunities to streamline operations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of residential property management operations, including leasing, renewals, resident communication, and financial processes.
• Help ensure company systems and processes are being used consistently and effectively.
