Job summary

Yardi Systems is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Business Development Representative to drive Breeze opportunities in the property tech sector. You’ll prospect, qualify, and engage new leads through cold calling and targeted outreach, delivering compelling Breeze demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to research, qualify, cold call, and generate leads.
• Ability to understand and present technical products.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and qualify opportunities within an assigned territory to drive pipeline growth.
• Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and initiate outreach to generate interest.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and campaign support.
• Deliver product demonstrations and communicate the value of Breeze offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM and report on sales activity.
