Job summary

Accessible Space in Jamestown, ND is seeking a part-time Property Caretaker to maintain a clean, safe environment and perform minor repairs in our apartment building.

The role requires about 7am–6pm, Monday through Friday, and one year of related experience. Strong communication and the ability to work independently while interacting with residents and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm.
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
• Work independently
• Effective communicate orally and in writing.
