Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. in Jamestown, ND, is seeking a part-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for an apartment building. You will perform minor repairs, maintain a clean, safe environment, and support turnover duties as residents move in and out.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact appropriately with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Perform minor building and unit maintenance repairs.
• Handle unit turnovers and related duties.
• Carry out routine maintenance and prevention checks.
• Support inspections as required for unit and building compliance.
• Run routine errands as needed.
• Obtain bids for contracted maintenance and repair work.
