Job summary

Accessible Space in Jamestown, ND, is seeking a part-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building. This role maintains a clean and safe environment, performs minor repairs, handles unit turnovers, conducts routine maintenance and inspections, and coordinates bids for contracted work.

Candidates should have at least one year of maintenance experience, work independently, communicate well, and be available Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm.

Responsibilities
