Job summary

Accessible-Space in Reno, NV is hiring a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance for our apartment building. The role pays $20 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm, offering stability and room to grow.

You will maintain a clean, safe environment, perform minor repairs, handle unit turnovers, conduct routine maintenance, and coordinate bids for contracted work. One year of relevant experience and independence are required.

Qualifications

• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
