Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Service Center Coordinator at Fort Bliss to ensure work order accuracy and policy adherence. You will manage entries, approvals, and escalations, while maintaining data integrity in Yardi and providing QA, training, and reporting to improve service center ops.

Qualifications

Two years of customer service and administrative experience required.
Strong data entry and documentation skills.
Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

Review and correct work order discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Input all required documentation for vendor and internal work orders prior to updating status, provide feedback on discrepancies.
Assist in assigning work orders to technicians/vendors based on skills.
Monitor that each technician has a full day of work.
