Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Colorado Springs to order and track supplies for a maintenance facility. You will convert requisitions to planned POs, manage inventory, and distribute items to staff, while coordinating with Accounts on bills and warranties.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of admin experience, strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, and a valid driver’s license. Yardi knowledge is a plus; the role supports budget planning and cost control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year administrative experience.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.
• Yardi knowledge is a bonus.
• Valid state driver's license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Convert requisition into a planned purchase order and analyze open POs and inventory balances.
• Order supplies and equipment via purchase order system.
• Inventory all supplies, equipment, tools and replacements.
• Distribute supplies and equipment to staff.
• Receive purchase orders and process bills with Accounts Coordinator.
• Maintain warranty information.
• Assist with annual budget for supplies and equipment.
• Stay within the financial constraints of the budget.
