Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all staff under his direction.
• Hire and terminate employees per Drucker + Falk policy under the Property Manager.
• Counsel maintenance staff to improve performance and attitudes.
• Set schedules and assign routine maintenance tasks.
• Ensure 24/7 maintenance coverage; respond to emergencies on call.
• Maintain safety training and document safety meetings monthly.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to identify hazards and needed work.
