Job summary

Innsbrook Square in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Regular Full-Time Maintenance Superintendent/Service Manager to oversee the community's upkeep. This role leads maintenance staff, maintains equipment, and ensures safety and compliance across the property.

The successful candidate will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, document performance, and uphold Drucker + Falk policies while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CFC certification preferred/required where applicable.
• Current Driver's License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Maintain and operate all mechanical equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and be on-call as needed.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Hire/terminate staff per policy and document performance.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
