Job summary

Capstone Realty Professionals in Phoenix is seeking a highly organized Property Services Coordinator to oversee day-to-day contracting and vendor services for our in-house maintenance team, Valley Handy, and a growing portfolio of 650+ managed properties.

You will manage maintenance requests, coordinate with technicians and vendors, generate estimates, schedule work orders, track performance, and assist with billing and reporting, all while delivering exceptional customer service and helping

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple requests at once.
• Excellent communication via phone, email, text and in-person.
• Customer service oriented with proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming maintenance requests and coordinate with technicians and vendors.
• Assign work orders to in-house technicians based on skills and availability; communicate timelines.
• Create, update and track work orders with detailed service descriptions; obtain customer feedback.
• Generate reports on service performance and assist with billing and cost tracking.
