Job summary

Capstone Realty Professionals is seeking a highly organized Contracting Services Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our contracting and vendor services teams in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports our growing maintenance division and offers upside potential as the business scales.

You will manage maintenance requests, coordinate with technicians and vendors, and ensure work orders are completed to the highest standard while providing exceptional service to tenants and property

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance and vendor services.
• Strong communication via phone, email, text.
• Proficient in scheduling and dispatching tasks.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming maintenance requests and coordinate with technicians and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Assign work orders to in-house technicians based on skill and availability; communicate timelines to customers.
• Create, update, and track work orders with detailed service descriptions; obtain customer feedback.
• Generate reports on service performance, technician efficiency, and revenue; assist with billing and cost tracking.
