Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training.
• EPA Universal HVAC certification or equivalent required.
• Provide own hand and power tools for daily work.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to transport items up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and electrical tasks.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to meet living standards.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and other multi-family regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
