Job summary

Boxer Property is seeking a Courtesy Officer to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at a Fort Worth office/mixed-use property. You will perform security monitoring, assist tenants, greet visitors, and support daily operations while protecting people and property.

The role requires a High School diploma, with preferred security training and First Aid/CPR. Strong customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Security training or certification preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Prior experience in security, customer service, or law enforcement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the property.
• Monitor security cameras and access points.
• Greet visitors and assist tenants with access or inquiries.
• Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Escort vendors and unlock authorized areas as needed.
• Document incidents, patrols, and observations.
• Coordinate with property management and emergency responders.
