Job summary

Boxer Property is seeking a Courtesy Officer to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at a commercial office or mixed-use property in Denver, CO. You will patrol the property, monitor cameras, greet visitors, and respond to incidents while supporting tenants and daily operations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, security procedures, and clear documentation. CPR/First Aid and security training are preferred, with ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Security training or certification preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Prior experience in security, customer service, or law enforcement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the property
• Monitor security cameras and access points
• Greet visitors and assist tenants with access or inquiries
• Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Escort vendors and unlock authorized areas as needed
• Document incidents, patrols, and observations
• Coordinate with property management and emergency responders
