Job summary

RealtySouth seeks a Guest Services Coordinator in Kentucky to manage rental reservations, check tenants in and out, and coordinate maintenance and cleaning for properties. The role involves discussing rental plans with prospective tenants and showing properties as needed, with lease execution for owners.

Additional duties include inspecting properties prior to reservations, posting funds to owner accounts, and maintaining detailed maintenance and cleaning records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Real estate license in applicable jurisdiction.
• Continuing Education requirements as specified by the Real Estate Commission.
• Member of the National, State, and Local Realtors associations.

Responsibilities

• Discuss rental plans and show properties to prospective tenants; execute leases for owners.
• Inspect properties before reservations and advise improvements before offering property to rent.
• Check tenants in/out; post funds to owners’ accounts and handle accounting.</br>Direct and document disbursements and funds as required.
• Approve seasonal and year-round tenants after clearances and reference checks.
• Correspond with owners about vacancies, inspections, market rent values, and monthly statements; maintain records.
• Prepare listing agreements and provide owners with executed rental copies.
