Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask with accuracy and professionalism.
• Comfort with hospitality software and reservation systems.
• Able to solve problems and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build positive guest and team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a host and point of contact for guests, visitors, and community members.
• Conduct property tours and assist prospective guests with inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with empathy and ownership.
• Manage reservations, modifications, payments, and guest communications.
• Review upcoming reservations for completeness and special requests.
• Maintain guest profiles and daily hospitality records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, spa, dining, events, and leadership.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Escalate emergencies per established procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
