Invitation Homes in Tampa, FL seeks a Superintendent to oversee full-cycle rehab and turnover for assigned properties. You will meet with residents, document conditions, and coordinate with contractors to deliver move-in ready homes on schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma, OSHA 10, two years of project management, and strong communication skills. Expect extensive travel within the portfolio and a tool-friendly, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of project management experience across budgets, timelines and quality.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall and flooring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must provide basic hand and power tools and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned portfolio.
• Comfortable using a tablet and standard business apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle rehab and turnover projects from start to finish.
• Meet with residents for move-out visits and orientations, document conditions and responsibilities.
• Prepare scopes of work and cost estimates, and charge back per policy.
• Coordinate with contractors, issue change orders, and track progress with photos.
• Communicate delays to Leasing Team and ensure move-in readiness.
• Ensure site safety during visits and maintain quality and schedule.
• Negotiate repair terms with vendors and general contractors.
