Invitation Homes Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage property rehab and turnover projects across a Tampa-area portfolio. You will meet with residents, conduct move-out inspections, and guide the scope of work with contractors while tracking costs and timelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, OSHA 10, and 2+ years of project management experience in residential construction. Travel within the portfolio is extensive and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification; 90 days to complete if not certified.
• 2+ years of project management across multiple projects and budgets.
• Residential construction knowledge: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle rehab and turnover of properties.
• Meet with residents for move-out visits and orientations.
• Inspect moves and document property conditions with photos.
• Manage rehab progress with contractors and change orders.
• Track timelines, budgets, and safety on site.
• Coordinate with Leasing on move-in dates and delays.
• Occasionally perform occupancy checks and eviction coordination.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
