Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing or project coordination is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-ins and move-outs.
• Schedule and conduct property evaluations.
• Document move-in/out conditions and coordinate follow-ups.
• Coordinate Make-Ready projects and repairs.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and teams.
• Maintain detailed property records in the software.
