Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Customer-facing or project coordination experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
• Ability to pass background checks in accordance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Move-Ins & Move-Outs.
• Schedule and conduct property evaluations to ensure smooth arrivals.
• Document property conditions at move-in/out and address questions.
• Coordinate Make-Ready projects and repairs between turnovers.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records in software systems.
• Provide concierge-level service to Residents and Investors.
• Collaborate with Leasing Team to share updates and keep landlords informed.
