Real Property Management Miami Metro is looking for an Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator in Fairfax, VA. The position offers an hourly rate of $18–$25, performance bonuses, and a hybrid work model. Candidates will be expected to manage property readiness and maintain compliance through organized records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Customer-facing or project-coordination experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks is necessary.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Clear communicator—verbal and written.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with software tools and apps.
• Locally based in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-ins and move-outs, schedule property evaluations.
• Document property conditions and coordinate necessary follow-ups.
• Manage Make-Ready projects—repairs, cleanings, and services.
• Serve as primary contact for Residents during transition.
• Collect Resident feedback to support NPS improvement.
• Collaborate with Leasing Agents for updates on properties.
• Maintain detailed records for compliance and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move‑ins and move‑outs, schedule property evaluations, and ensure seamless Resident transitions
• Document property conditions at move‑in and move‑out and coordinate any necessary follow‑up
• Coordinate Make‑Ready projects – repairs, cleanings, and services between turnovers
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to prep homes for new Residents
• Serve as primary point of contact for Residents during transition periods, answering questions and resolving concerns
• Collect Resident feedback to support NPS improvement
• Collaborate with Leasing Agents to share updates on property conditions and track progress for Landlord/Investor clients
• Maintain detailed digital and physical records for compliance and accountability

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $18–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Performance bonuses based on team and NPS performance
• Full‑time, 40 hours/week with occasional overtime paid at 1.5×
• Hybrid work model with field, remote tasks, and office collaboration
• Initial training (3 days/week in Gainesville, VA; 2 days/week in Alexandria office)
• Paid holidays (8) and additional PTO based on tenure
• Mileage reimbursement for field visits
