Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Move-Ins & Move-Outs.
• Schedule and conduct property evaluations.
• Document property conditions at move-in and move-out.
• Organize repairs, cleanings, and other services between Resident turnovers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Residents during transition periods.
• Work closely with Leasing Agents to keep clients informed.
