Qualifications

• 3+ years of Community Management experience with 150 units or more.
• 2+ years in a management position with multiple properties.
• 3+ years of Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and capital budget for properties.
• Approve invoices and manage accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and standards.
