Job summary

Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time accounting professional in Tigard, OR. The role handles general ledger entries, reconciliations, and monthly GAAP reporting, with a broad scope across accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and audits.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with comprehensive benefits. The compensation ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED, or related experience or training.
• Certificates, Licenses: Valid Driver’s License and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Prepare Journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjusting entries.
• Analyze financial data and identify variances or unusual trends.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable (tenant ledgers) and payroll transactions.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits.
• Prepare and analyze monthly GAAP financial reports.
• Respond to owners, investors, and agency inquiries and requests as required.
• Assist with year-end closings and audit preparations.
• Assist with monthly mortgage processing and bank reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
