Qualifications

• Clean and remove debris from walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas.
• Empty trash cans regularly and maintain dumpster areas.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment for safe use.
• Assist with snow and ice removal when applicable.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff on unit status and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
