Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking Porters to support off-campus student housing, traditional multifamily, and build-to-rent communities in a fast-paced environment. The role centers on keeping common areas, leasing offices, amenity spaces, and turnover units clean, safe, and presentable, with tight summer schedules and high turnover.

You will track supplies, respond to resident and management requests professionally, and uphold OSHA standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic reading, written communication, and number recognition needed for daily tasks.
• Safe handling of cleaning fluids and equipment is a must.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and equipment operation throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean, safe, and presentable in common spaces, amenities, and offices.
• Assist with unit turns and prepare units for incoming residents under tight timelines during turnover periods.
• Track supplies and equipment and respond to resident and management requests professionally.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
