Tarantino Properties in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Maintenance Groundskeeper / Porter to keep our communities clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. You will patrol common areas, assist the maintenance team, and report safety concerns, contributing to curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior maintenance or custodial experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.
