The Hayworth Apartments in Memorial Area is hiring a Porter / Make Ready to prepare vacant units for market readiness, perform turnover repairs and improvements, and maintain common areas. This role supports resident services and safety while helping keep the property clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
