Tarantino Properties, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Make Ready Tech / Porter to prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status and support the maintenance team. You will handle turn-over repairs, grounds upkeep, and provide excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year maintenance or custodial experience, eye for detail, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance or custodial work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
