Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Porter in Houston to maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas and to deliver courteous service to residents. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and professional presentation across all property areas.

Responsibilities include trash outs after move-outs, pool area upkeep, posting notices, and assisting with routine maintenance. A lift of 50 pounds and occasional overtime/on-call shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of interior/exterior maintenance and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and perform simple repairs.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Monday–Friday with possible overtime and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs.
• Keep grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, and gutters clean.
• Maintain organization of work areas and maintenance shops.
• Assist with pool cleaning and surrounding area.
• Post notices and handle basic community communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
