LDG Development is seeking a Porter at The Paddock at Norwood to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, common areas, and apartments. The role emphasizes dependable, detail-oriented work with a focus on high property standards and teamwork.

The position offers an hourly rate with benefits and bonus eligibility; you will support daily operations and uphold safety and service standards on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and comprehend in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of the property's grounds, common areas, and apartments.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, offices, model, and all common areas tidy and safe.
• Ensure trash, debris, and animal waste are removed.
• Maintain landscaping and watering of flowers.
• Prepare apartments to be move-in ready with attention to detail.
• Report needed repairs to supervisor.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Communicate with Property Manager or Service Manager on issues needing attention.
• Respond to emergencies per policy.
• Attend required in-service training sessions.
• Follow policies and procedures; contribute to resident satisfaction.
