Indigo Real Estate Services in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a reliable Porter to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across building interiors and exteriors. You will perform janitorial tasks, grounds keeping, and assist with minor maintenance under supervision, delivering strong customer service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, and coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual cleaning tasks with the Maintenance Supervisor and Business

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
• Weekend and holiday work required.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Adherence to safety policies at all times.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general janitorial and grounds keeping tasks.
• Assist with painting and minor maintenance repairs.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Business Manager on tasks.
• Perform cleaning in common areas, hallways, garages and parking areas.
• Conduct regular vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and garbage removal.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual cleaning tasks.
