• Help with site reviews.
• Perform miscellaneous work orders.
• Complete illegal dump pickups as needed.
• Complete graffiti removal as needed.
• Complete all other requests made by the supervisor or management.

Job Details: Job Location: Tukwila Shop - Tukwila, WA 98178, Salary Range: $22.00 - $23.00 Hourly, Job Category: Other, The day porter should work independently, seek opportunities to increase safety and cleanliness on customer sites, offer help, and provide suggestions for improvement.

Job Duties:

• Remove debris from all landscaping beds and parking areas

Qualifications:

• Driving – Must have a clean driving record and valid WA State Driver’s License.
• Language - The ability to read and interpret documents and use a handheld smartphone data device that provides information such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
• Dependability - Arrives to work consistently and on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent, arrives at meetings and appointments on time, completes tasks on time, or notifies a supervisor with an alternate plan.
