You will assist with light maintenance, respond to after-hours emergencies, and collaborate with a friendly, team-driven group.

The position offers an hourly rate of $19.00 to $22.00 and requires reliability, safety awareness, and good communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with outdoor grounds maintenance and common area cleaning.
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and operate basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety or maintenance issues and report as needed.
• Daily trash pickup across the community and common areas.
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure tour routes are clean and presentable.
• Assist with make-ready tasks, including painting, carpet cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Shovel snow, plow, and apply ice melt when required.
• Be available or on-call for after-hours emergencies.
