Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Painter to assist in maintenance across properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will help with the make-ready process, respond to work orders, and maintain a safe, organized shop under supervision.

Strong on-site software familiarity and OSHA knowledge are required. Expect to work in an on-site role with on-demand availability for emergencies, and participate in unit inspections and resident relations while upholding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes: corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and assist with make-ready boards.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager on special projects.
