Carlisle Residential Properties Inc. seeks a qualified Painter for Williamsburg Place in Jacksonville, NC. This full-time, on-site role focuses on painting interiors and exteriors and supporting unit turnover, grounds, and general maintenance as needed.

The Painter reports to the Community Manager and coordinates with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure efficient make-ready tasks, safety practices, and high resident satisfaction during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience painting interiors and exteriors in multifamily settings.
• Experience with unit turnover and prepare surfaces before painting.
• Ability to patch, caulk, sand, and perform minor drywall repairs.
• Capable of lifting and moving painting supplies and working outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Paint vacant and occupied apartment homes, common areas, and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, caulking, cleaning, masking and priming as needed.
• Match approved colors and finishes; protect floors, fixtures, and resident property from overspray.
• Pressure wash building exteriors, breezeways, sidewalks, patios, and other designated areas.
• Assist with grounds appearance and routine curb-appeal tasks as assigned.
• Support maintenance team with make-ready tasks and routine repairs when painting is light.
