Job summary

WizeHire, Inc. is seeking a Property Operations Specialist to manage the operational side of our portfolio, coordinating inspections, supporting vendors, and tracking property performance across multiple locations.

You will balance administrative duties with hands-on oversight, ensure timely upkeep and regulatory compliance, and bring processes to a fast-paced environment. The role offers a base salary between $50,000 and $60,000 plus health and dental insurance and PTO.

As our Property Operations Specialist, you'll oversee the operational side of our portfolio by coordinating inspections, supporting vendors, tracking property performance, and ensuring every location is well-maintained and compliant. You'll work across multiple priorities, balancing administrative responsibilities with operational oversight to help our properties perform at their best.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
