Job summary

Price Brothers Management Company, a century-old family-owned property management firm, is seeking a Property Operations Support Specialist in Overland Park, KS. The role supports onsite teams with management systems, processes, and tools across residential communities, helping resolve issues and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable with business systems in a property management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in residential or multifamily property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite teams and vendor partners with property management systems and operational processes.
• Assist with leasing workflows, resident records, reporting, payments, and general system navigation.
• Help troubleshoot process or system-related questions and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when needed.
• Create and maintain quick guides, training materials, and FAQs for onsite teams.
• Support onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Help identify workflow improvements and opportunities to streamline operations.
• Maintain an understanding of residential property management operations, including leasing, renewals, resident communication, and financial processes.
