Job description
- Assist the Property Manager with day‐to‐day building operations
- Serve as a point of contact for residents regarding service requests and building issues
- Track, follow up, and document maintenance and repair requests
- Maintain accurate property records, logs, and reports
- Support move‐ins, move‐outs, and resident communications
- Assist with compliance, inspections, and building notices
- 1-3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with NYC residential buildings is a plus
