Job summary

Elite Property Renovations is seeking a Property Coordinator to support a diverse residential portfolio. You will serve as the primary liaison between residents, vendors, and the property management team to improve satisfaction, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include onboarding new properties, leasing support, coordinating maintenance, and guiding service teams across sites while maintaining professional boundaries in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in property management, social services, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a residential property or customer service‑focused role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in sensitive resident interactions
• Familiarity with local housing regulations, rental assistance programs, and fair housing laws is a plus
• Self‑directed and dependable with excellent time management and follow‑through
• Comfortable working in the field, traveling between sites, and occasionally responding to after‑hours needs
• Technologically proficient with regular use of smartphone apps, email, and Google Workspace
• Experience with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for residents on maintenance issues and inquiries
• Perform routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and hazards
• Coordinate access for vendors and ensure timely, quality field work
• Assist with move-ins/outs, notices, and charges determination
• Support resident engagement with updates on repairs and policies
• Document onsite observations and lease violations promptly
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal across properties
• Support onboarding of new properties and ensure occupancy readiness
• Assist leasing team with showings, follow-ups, and move-ins
• Oversee maintenance staff and prioritization of tasks
• Communicate with vendors to ensure work meets standards
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on rotating basis
• Respect company values and perform other duties as assigned
