Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in property management or related role required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel required.
• Experience coordinating with property managers and vendors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and oversee a team of 3–5 professionals.
• Coordinate with property managers and vendors to ensure smooth property operations.
• Monitor and maintain financial records, including rent collections and expense tracking.
• Handle tenant relations and lease renewals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract tenants.
