Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at an assigned residential property within our portfolio. You will oversee leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and staff; ensuring compliance with housing laws while delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining property value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• HUD experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations at the property.
• Coordinate leasing activity, renewals, and collections.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain records.
• Supervise staff and ensure safety training.
• Manage property maintenance with the team and ensure permits.
